Pricing and Process
As professionals with
decades of experience, we deliver content quickly and thoroughly. Projects
are priced at a flat rate (based on an hourly rate of $100) so your costs
will be predictable.
An initial 30-minute
consultation to determine the scope of the project is free. After that
well write out the parameters of the project, including the research
required, the timing of each step, number of revisions and pricing. After
you sign and return our contract (and any required deposit), well start
right away to deliver your message to your target audience.
We work hard to cut you
the best deal we can offer. To give you an idea of what copywriting for
various projects typically costs, see the
Copywriters Council's Fee Guidelines.
For initial assignments
for first-time clients, we require half the fee at the time the contract
is signed. The balance is due when the final draft is accepted by the
client. Payment for subsequent assignments is due when the final draft of
the project is accepted by the client. If the project exceeds 60 days,
well agree to a step payment system. Rush jobs (copy due in less than two
weeks from receipt of deposit and signed contract) may be subject to a
premium charge agreed to in advance. If you prepay the full amount, you
get a 5% discount. |
Testimonials
"We have come to rely on Write The First Time
for top quality copywriting. Their
research is always thorough, and they
pay close attention
to the details on every job they do for us.
The flexibility of their writing style makes them a perfect fit
for a wide range of our clients.
In fact, Write the First Time is even the voice of Willy Wonka
himself for the marketing newsletters sent from the Wonka.com Web site.
In short, Write the First Time gives us what we
need, when we need it, the way we want it.
They do it fast, professionally, and for extremely reasonable rates. What more could we ask
for?"

to source out some advertorial for a Sony Style online campaign, I did
what I often do: Made a call to Write the First Time. I've always found I
can depend on them to get me
lively content, and on time." Rob
