Okay, so you've bought your ticket, and are ready to go. What to bring? It depends largely on your destination, weather, level of formality, etc., but we've included some basic tips here to keep stylish.

Don't pack everything you own! In fact, don't pack at all, yet.

First check the weather of where you are going. Review your itinerary and consider every place you are going to visit. If you are on a business trip, don't forget that there may be casual days or time off. Next, make a list of things you intend to take with you. (This list will come in handy if your bag is lost or stolen.)

If you are traveling to a foreign country, you may need electrical and phone converters for your computer.

Contact the hotels you will be visiting. Find out what amenities they offer. Do you really need to bring your blow dryer, if they have one in every bathroom?

Now the eternal question: what to wear?
