Projective techniques: 
Tactics used by focus group moderators and psychoanalysts to enable subjects to speak freely about otherwise difficult topics through their interpretation of seemingly unrelated stimuli. Word association games, inks blot analysis and collages are common projective techniques. 

Murphy's Law:
A colloquial phrase. Any situation exemplifying the tenet that anything that can go wrong, will go wrong.

401K Plan:
An employer sponsored retirement program permitted by the Internal Revenue Code under section 401. Such a plan allows employees to save part of their salary, before it is taxed, for retirement. Often, legal arrangements are made in a 401 K plan allowing employers to contribute to their employee's savings.
